Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cornstarch slurry and cook 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return pork chops to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.

This recipe also works with bone-in pork chops, just adjust cooking time.
For a spicy twist, add a dash of sriracha or red pepper flakes.
