- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (145°F internal temperature). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cornstarch slurry and cook 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.

For extra flavor, marinate pork chops in soy sauce, garlic, and honey for 30 minutes before cooking.
