- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes (optional for deeper flavor).
- Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Cook 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Serve fajita mixture with warm tortillas and toppings of choice.
