Method
- Prepare ingredients: If using fresh mango, peel and cube it before blending. For a thicker, colder smoothie, use frozen mango or add a few ice cubes.
- Blend: Add the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Process until smooth: Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk to adjust the consistency.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend briefly to combine.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. For an extra tropical touch, garnish with a small slice of mango or a mint leaf.
