  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
