- Cook noodles according to package directions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to combine with the vegetables.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well until noodles are coated and heated through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

For extra protein, add chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu when stir-frying.
Adjust sauce to taste by adding more soy sauce for saltiness or hoisin for sweetness.
