Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen, lightly steamed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1/2 cup cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole along with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Substitute cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor.
