Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks or fresh peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes as needed

Method

  1. Prepare ingredients: If using fresh mango, peel and cube it before blending. For a thicker, colder smoothie, use frozen mango or add a few ice cubes.
  2. Blend: Add the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  3. Process until smooth: Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk to adjust the consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend briefly to combine.
  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. For an extra tropical touch, garnish with a small slice of mango or a mint leaf.
  6. Optional add-ins: Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, flaxseed, or a handful of spinach for extra nutrition.
